What we eat and how much of it we eat has been a much discussed topic for many of us over the years. The huge variety of food offered to us these days much of which is "pre-prepared" is very tempting. The reason why "diets" on the whole are unsuccessful is that they are unsustainable. As soon as you revert back to eating as you had before, the weight returns.

Analysing your food diaries, enables me to help you make the small changes here and there that will offer long term health benefits and successful weight loss that is both achievable and maintainable. Together we will discuss your goals and how to achieve them, look at your energy levels as well as your likes and dislikes.
